QUALITY ASSURANCE

All wiring assemblies will be tested electrically
If any connector fails, re-testing will be done at all positions to ensure the quality of the product.
Connectors, clips that are mounted to a bracket are checked for their positions.
The test will be conducted for every circuit and its branch.
The electrical and visual inspection will be done to check crossed circuits to identify opens and shorts before shipment.We do 100% electrical testing for all harnesses.
