QUALITY ASSURANCE
- All wiring assemblies will be tested electrically
- If any connector fails, re-testing will be done at all positions to ensure the quality of the product.
- Connectors, clips that are mounted to a bracket are checked for their positions.
- The test will be conducted for every circuit and its branch.
- The electrical and visual inspection will be done to check crossed circuits to identify opens and shorts before shipment.We do 100% electrical testing for all harnesses.
